The site itself
The writing, project writeups, and code samples on this site are published by Kelly Enterprises LLC. You're welcome to read, quote, and link to them with attribution. Republishing whole pieces without permission isn't in scope.
Everything written here is opinion and general information. It is not professional, legal, financial, or medical advice, and it isn't a substitute for an engagement. Essays describe what worked in a particular situation, and your situation is not that situation.
What's sold here
Prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken by Stripe, and an order is accepted when Stripe confirms the payment, not when the checkout page is submitted.
I can decline or cancel an order and return the payment, which mostly matters for pricing errors and for items that turn out to be unavailable.
Merchandise
Physical goods ship to the United States and Puerto Rico. Details are on the Shipping & Returns page, including the returns position, which is worth reading before you buy.
Working sessions
A working session is a block of my time, billed by the hour, on one topic you choose. Buy the number of hours you want at checkout and describe the problem in the comments field; I'll follow up by email to schedule.
What you get is my attention and my honest read on the problem. What I can't offer is a guaranteed outcome. If I could reliably promise that a stuck problem becomes unstuck in an hour, I'd be charging differently. If I think I'm the wrong person for your problem, I'll say so, and I'd rather say it before you buy than after.
Sessions are not professional advice in any regulated sense, and nothing said in one creates an ongoing duty or an engagement beyond that session.

That one is a voluntary contribution, not a purchase. Nothing is owed in return, and it buys no obligation on my part.
Your side
Don't use this site to break the law, don't try to disrupt it or get into parts of it that aren't public, and don't scrape it in a way that degrades it for anyone else.
Warranty and liability
This site and everything on it is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Kelly Enterprises LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or its content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer where those apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes
Terms may change; the date at the top says when they last did. The version in force for a purchase is the one published when you made it.
