This page covers where orders ship, when, and what happens afterwards. Please read the returns section before buying: the policy is strict, and it is stated here so that it isn't a surprise later.
Where I ship
The United States and Puerto Rico. Those are the destinations checkout will accept; if you're somewhere else and want something, email me and we'll see what's possible.
Cost and timing
Any shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, so the total you confirm is the total you're charged.
Orders are packed and sent by hand rather than by a warehouse. Expect a few business days before something goes out, plus normal carrier transit time. This is a small operation, not a same-day one. If an order needs to arrive by a particular date, ask before ordering rather than after.
Choosing size and colour
Size and colour are both required choices at checkout. Since orders can't be changed once placed, it's worth a second look at both before you submit.
Returns and refunds
All sales are final. Orders are not refundable, returnable, or exchangeable, including merchandise, working session hours, and contributions.
Buy accordingly: check the size and colour before you submit the order, and ask anything you're unsure about first. Questions before a purchase are always welcome, and I'd much rather answer one than have you stuck with something you didn't want.
Where consumer protection law gives you rights that this policy can't override, those rights still stand; this policy doesn't attempt to remove them.
Something wrong with your order
If a package doesn't arrive, or what turns up isn't what the order said, email sean@kellyenterprises.xyz with your order number and I'll look into it.
Working sessions
Hours are scheduled by email after purchase. Please give as much notice as you can if you need to move a scheduled session, and I'll do the same. Purchased hours are not refundable.
